A Nationally Recognized Chairman's Elite Chapter
Prince William Chapter
The Prince William Ducks Unlimited Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to a local high school student to attend the Virginia Association of Soil & Water Conservation Districts Summer Youth Conservation Camp, which is held each year at Virginia Tech.
This scholarship was created to honor PW Ducks committee members who worked to promote wetlands conservation but have since passed on.
The Conservation Camp was chosen because of Ralph McDowell's work in the Soil and Water Conservation District and because Walter Sullivan was known and beloved for his mentoring of many young people in the local community.
